Riverview Holiday Park

Luxury Holiday lodge in a well-presented family run holiday park on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Newcastleton. The village has several local shops, a butchers, pubs, cafes and restaurants and is approximately one mile walk from the park.

The lodge has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. It has an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with surround sound TV. A fully equipped kitchen that includes electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside decked balcony with seating area, set in private well-maintained grounds.

Amenities: off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, electric and gas central heating included. Regret no smoking. Arrival is 4 pm.

2 small sized dogs welcome.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or the part week thereafter.

The park is only 20 miles north of the city of Carlisle, with its excellent leisure and shopping facilities. It is also within easy reach of the beautiful Lake District and Northumberland.

Walkers, hikers and mountain bikers are spoilt for choice with numerous country tracks and forest trails to explore. Rock UK Adventure Centre offers a wide range of instructor-led activities such as Archery, Fencing, Kayaking and is less than 2 miles away.

Kielder Water & Forest Park Activities is a 20-minute drive and is ideal for water sports enthusiasts.

Golfers will be delighted with the Newcastleton course which is also close at hand.

The park also has exclusive on-site fishing rights on the Liddel River.
