Sorbietrees B&B

Come and stay at our warm and welcoming farmhouse set in 22 acres of garden, mixed woodland, wetland and pasture. We cater for every type of guest, whether you’re here to explore the many visitor attractions within the Borders and surrounding area, or on a more energetic break, walking, riding or cycling one of the 7 Stanes trails or the Reiver Route. We are an ideal location for exploring Kielder Forest and visiting the famous Kielder Observatory, or why just not grab the night sky binoculars and sit in our garden to enjoy the most amazing dark skies at Sorbietrees. On a clear night the milky way is clearly visible with the naked eye.

We have double, twin and family rooms, all with either en-suite or private facilities.  Including our luxurious William Armstrong Suite, with a super-king size bed, sofa, full en-suite including a double-ended bath and separate shower.

After a busy day you can unwind and relax in our guest lounge with log fire and plenty of books, games, etc, or if the weather is good, sit in the garden and enjoy the visiting wildlife, including red squirrels.

We have a secure lock-up and bike wash for cyclists, and drying/washing facilities if you arrive wet and muddy.
