Activity Centre | Rock UK – Whithaugh Park
Rock UK Whithaugh Park is set in 110 acres of the beautiful Scottish Borders, adjacent to the 7stanes mountainbike trails. Featuring 30 Alpine-style lodges, suitable for families and larger groups.
The centre also offers a wide range of on-site instructed activities such as abseiling, archery, climbing, fencing, high ropes, gorge walking, kayaking, mountain biking and many more.
Other great facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, low ropes course and all-weather sports pitch. We also offer bike hire, but it is advisable to book any equipment/activities in advance of your arrival as it is VERY popular during peak periods.
We have made some changes due to Covid 19. All safety precautions and additional cleaning procedures are in place. You can book for half day (2 activities) or a full day (4 activities).
Choose from climbing, archery, canoeing, mountain biking, bushcraft, abseiling, high ropes and onsite gorge walking.

Half Day (am or pm)
- Choose 2 activities with a *shared instructor – £80 for 4 people. £17.50 for each additional person.
- Have your own private family session with an instructor – £140 for up to 4 people.
- Activity session lasts for 80 mins per activity.
Full Day
- Choose 4 activities with a *shared instructor – £150 for 4 people. £33.75 for each additional person.
- Have your own private family session with an instructor – £270 for up to 4 people.
- Activity session lasts for 80 mins per activity.

Additional Activities
Add on a zip wire to the end of your family day, £8 per person (weight restriction 16 stone/100kg).
Hire our swimming pool for a shared swim – £15 or a private family swim – £30. 1 hour total time slot (maximum 10 people, additional charge of £3.30 per person for more than 10).
